Some Fun Facts

I am a mom of a beautiful 2-year-old, I was born and raised in Georgia, and in my free time you will catch me traveling to National Parks, hiking with my Bloodhound, practicing yoga, or rewatching Criminal Minds.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is to develop strong rapport with my clients so I can understand which modalities will be most effective for them. This includes practicing unconditional positive regard, focusing on your strengths, discovering environmental barriers and modifications, and always meeting you where you are at by creating a safe space.

Additionally, I offer Vocational Counseling to clients who may need assistance developing skills to find employment, navigating job searches, career development strategies, and/or return-to-work options due to disabilities or life transitions.
