Gender Affirming Assessment & Letter
Affirming who you are isn’t a phase. It isn’t confusion. It isn’t something you have to justify.
It’s you stepping into your authentic self.
We offer Gender-Affirming Letter Services for individuals pursuing gender-affirming surgical procedures who require documentation from a licensed mental health provider for insurance approval. Our process is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in best-practice standards — while also honoring that this is your life, your body, and your journey.
As a practice rooted in authenticity, self-discovery, and sexual wellness, we approach this process with care, clarity, and deep respect for identity development and embodiment.
Our Philosophy: Authenticity First
Gender affirmation isn’t about proving who you are.
It’s about supporting you as you align your outer world with your inner truth.
Our role is not to gatekeep. It is to ethically assess, document appropriately, and support you through a process that insurance companies require — while keeping your dignity and autonomy at the center.
All services are provided in alignment with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care, ensuring documentation meets clinical and insurance expectations.
If you’re preparing for gender-affirming surgery and need supporting documentation, we invite you to schedule a consultation.
Let’s move through this process with intention, clarity, and respect — honoring your identity and supporting you as you live more fully aligned with who you are.
